These Terms of Service govern your use of Skein, a knitting toolkit developed by Nice People Collective LLC ("we," "our"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Skein is provided as a knitting productivity tool for personal and professional use. You may use the app to track projects, manage your yarn stash, calculate gauge, and grade knitting patterns. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Skein offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (Designer Pro) at $7.99/month or $59.99/year. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscription pricing may change with reasonable notice. Free trial terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.
The Skein app, its design, code, and content are the property of Nice People Collective LLC. Knitting data you create within the app (projects, patterns, calculations) remains yours.
Skein is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Grading calculations are mathematical tools intended to assist your design process — always verify stitch counts with a swatch before beginning a project. We are not liable for any errors in finished garments resulting from calculator output.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Skein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nice People Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Skein.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
